Wouldn't it be nice to need only one recipe to make over 5 amazing goodies in your kitchen!

This is my bread recipe it's the one I use most and use to make so much, depending on what I'm making or how many I'm making for I may double the recipe. It took time and failures, so at this point this recipe is tried and true, shes m go to.
Oh WOW this is actually good –The Husband (he's not a bread person)
This recipe came about because I decided I wanted to learn sourdough and after all the research I figure I couldn't do traditional sourdough, because I did not have all of the tools. I quickly learned that was not true, but I had already fallen in love with this recipe, so it became my go to and; I just do traditional if I know my Mom is going to be around since it's her favorite. This is why you will usually hear me say to no offense to anyone at least not intentionally that Sourdough isn't as difficult as some people in these internet streets would have you believe.

How to Elevate Your Baking Game with the Ultimate Sourdough Brioche Bread Recipe: From Loaves to Pastries!
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
150 grams of starter
4 tablespoons of sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
3eggs room temp
4 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
1 teaspoon of salt
3 1/2 cups flour (more if needed adding 1tbsp at a time) up to 5 cups total
4 tablespoons room temp salt free butter
Egg wash 1 egg and 1 tbsp of milk beaten together
Directions
Preheat Your oven to 400°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or oil your pan.
Combine all the dry ingredients really well using 3 1/2 cups of flour to start . Mix together your liquids including your starter add into your dry mix and combine in your bowl adding more flour if needed (as describes above) once you have your dough ball spread it out in the bowl and spread your butter out on your dough and fold over and combine until well combined. Move the dough to an oiled counter and knead for 8 to 10 minutes (if using your blender let it knead for the same time), once completed shape your dough into a ball and place it into a clean lightly oiled pan. Cover your dough so that no air enters let rest and rise for 8 to 12 hours . The next day take your dough out and on an lightly oiled space divide and roll dough to length needed and braid let rise for an hour or until you get the desired rise (every home is different so time may very) coat with egg wash once you get the desired rise.
Place your dough into a preheated oven 400F for 25 to 35 minutes adjust according to your stove and home once done let it sit in the pan for 5 minutes no longer or it will get soggy and let cool completely before slicing. I like to take salt free butter and rub across the top as soon as I take the bread out it helps to soften the top crust completely if desired. When done your bread should be firm almost crispy to the touch. The bread will have a beautiful caramel color as well it if you use the egg wash. That's it your Bread is done. Serve right away or you can store in the freezer if making multiples it thaws beautifully. I like to slice mine before freezing it that way it's easier for my daughter to get the 1 at a time she usually is

after. This is a very rich recipe so if I don't freeze it I do store it in the refrigerator.
Notes: If you like more or less sugar do it!
